江府函〔2024〕8号市自然资源局： 《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准江门市安全应急产业园南片区（JH03-S02）控制性详细规划的请示》（江自然资〔2024〕100号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合江门市国土空间总体规划，予以批准、公布。 二、该规划范围内的开发强度、建筑高度应严格按本规划的要求实施。 三、今后如需对规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。江门市人民政府2024年1月23日
