2月1日上午，市十六届人大四次会议举行主席团第二次会议。主席团常务主席陈岸明、易中强、凌传茂、钟军、冯立坚、吴国杰、甄仁旺、陈霞、谢超武、杨健平出席会议。陈岸明主持会议。 会议讨论了市十六届人大常委会部分委员候选人情况，决定提交各代表团酝酿。会议决定，本次会议代表向大会联名提出候选人的截止时间为2024年2月2日上午10时。会议还以举手表决的方式通过了大会监票人员、计票人员名单。
