依照《中华人民共和国行政许可法》和行政审批制度改革的有关规定，我市依法开展行政审批事项清理、规范和调整工作，形成了《珠海市第四轮行政审批事项调整目录》，现决定予以发布施行。 对保留的行政审批事项，主管部门要制定规范的实施办法，按照要求相对集中行政审批权，统一进入行政服务中心办理；对委托或转移管理、下放实施的行政审批事项，主管部门应严格按照要求做好事项移交和衔接工作，制定规范的实施办法，加强监督、指导；对本次未列入的属于日常业务（含转报）的事项，主管部门不得再进行审批管理，但也要制定有关配套管理制度，并依法向社会公布。 珠海市第四轮行政审批事项调整目录.doc
