ZFGS-2022-01珠府〔2022〕4号各区政府（管委会），市政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据《国务院办公厅关于开展涉及行政处罚内容的行政法规、规章和行政规范性文件清理工作的通知》（国办函〔2021〕39号）的部署要求，市政府对以市政府、市政府办公室名义印发的涉及行政处罚内容的规范性文件进行了全面清理，经清理，市政府决定废止以下规范性文件： 一、关于对珠海市建设工程实施安全监督的通知（珠府〔1999〕14号） 二、关于进一步加强珠海市住宅小区房屋装修管理的批复（珠府函〔2007〕296号） 本决定自公布之日起施行。珠海市人民政府2022年1月10日
