2月27日上午，市十六届人大五次会议主席团举行第三次会议。主席团常务主席陈岸明、郑泽晖、易中强、凌传茂、钟军、冯立坚、吴国杰、甄仁旺、陈霞、余中华、谢超武、杨健平出席会议。陈岸明主持会议。 会议听取了关于选举和表决各项职务候选人人选的说明，表决了候选人人选名单草案，同意提请各代表团酝酿；表决通过了大会监票人员、计票人员名单。
