为进一步优化市人民政府本级行政复议与应诉案件处理程序，提高案件办理效率，自本公告发布之日起，启用“珠海市人民政府行政复议专用章”和“珠海市人民政府应诉专用章”，需以市政府名义出具的行政复议（含省政府为行政复议机关、市政府为被申请人的行政复议案件）和行政诉讼、民事诉讼法律文书，分别加盖市政府行政复议专用章、市政府应诉专用章。 特此公告。 附件：专用章样式珠海市人民政府2022年6月26日
