7月26日，副省长孙志洋到肇庆市调研铝灰渣环境管理、技术研发和项目建设情况。孙志洋听取了水泥窑协同处置、铝灰基多孔陶瓷材料制备技术、铝灰渣资源利用工艺等三种铝灰渣处置利用方案汇报。他强调，要牢固树立以人民为中心的发展思想，进一步摸清铝灰渣存量底数，切实加强环境安全风险防控，积极妥善做好处置工作；要按照减量化、资源化、无害化的原则，大力推进铝灰渣处理利用技术研发应用，加快补齐处理设施短板。
