11月9日至10日，副省长陈良贤率队到揭阳市、潮州市、汕头市、汕尾市调研疫情防控、安全生产、民生实事、交通项目建设和开展定点联系工作，实地察看了相关交通站场、交通项目、运输企业和冷链集中监管仓。 陈良贤强调，要层层压实责任，合理设置留观室、配置监督员，持续抓好交通站场和工地防疫工作。要严格落实批批检测、件件消毒措施，核查进口冷链食品“三证一码”，严防未经检疫或未经消毒的进口冷链食品进入生产加工和消费环节，做到“人物同防”。要狠抓安全生产，加强人文关怀，充分利用科技手段强化“两客一危一重”车辆动态监管。要加快危桥改造，助力乡村振兴发展。要因地制宜，在统筹推动城市规划和生态环境和谐发展的基础上，加快推进高速公路、农村公路和铁路枢纽等项目投资建设，服务沿线经济发展。
