各县（市、区）人民政府，市府直属各单位： 《阳江市市辖区征收土地青苗及附着物补偿规定》（阳府〔2012〕118号）原规定有效期为5年，有效期延长至2019年4月28日。为确保市辖区征地工作的连续性，现将《阳江市市辖区征收土地青苗及附着物补偿规定》（阳府〔2012〕118号）的有效期延长至新修改的《阳江市市辖区征收（征用）土地青苗及地上附着物补偿规定》发布之日止。 阳江市自然资源局在文件有效期内根据实际情况变化及时按规定进行修改或废止。 阳江市人民政府 2019年8月22日
