昨日，全市实施“广东兜底民生服务社会工作双百工程”（下称“双百工程”）推进会召开。会议通报了我市实施“双百工程”进展情况，全面部署下一步工作任务，打通为民服务“最后一米”。会议要求，要落实好经费保障，各级财政部门统筹同级民政部门以及妇联、残联等相关业务经费，根据“双百工程”建设情况，做好实施经费预算，落实好社工工资、招聘工作和社工站（点）服务等经费保障。要制定方案，做好社工站（点）选址、办公场地建设等工作，建立健全社工站（点）运营管理制度，明确管理构架，完善考核机制，促使社工站（点）依法依规运营。要积极组织社工招聘工作，加强专业培训，打造一支可靠、可信、可用的民政专业社工人才队伍。要加强组织保障，各级各部门要履行职责，明确目标任务，形成工作合力，确保“双百工程”顺利实施。副市长刘东豪参加会议。
