穗府〔2016〕11号 广州市人民政府关于授予2015年广州市科学技术奖的通报各区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据《广州市科学技术奖励办法》，经广州市科学技术奖评审委员会评定，市政府同意授予廖明同志2015年广州市科学技术市长奖；授予“登革热的基础与临床应用研究”等14项成果为2015年广州市科学技术进步奖一等奖；授予“适用于集成电路高密度封装与测试的基板研发和产业化”等40项成果为2015年广州市科学技术进步奖二等奖；授予“规模化城市污泥制肥技术研究与产业示范”等45项成果为2015年广州市科学技术进步奖三等奖。 希望全市科学技术工作者向获奖者学习，以奋发有为的精神和求真务实的作风，勇于创新，争创更多支撑和引领社会发展的科技成果，为把广州建设成为具有世界竞争力的国家创新中心城市和国际科技创新枢纽作出卓越贡献，在我国迈向世界科技强国的发展进程中干在实处、走在前列。 附件：2015年广州市科学技术奖获奖目录 广州市人民政府 2016年7月12日 广州市人民政府办公厅秘书处 2016年7月18日印发
