厅外字〔2013〕103号 广州市人民政府办公厅关于广州市人民政府办公厅综合督查处更名并启用新印章等事项的函 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据市编委《关于调整市政府办公厅综合督查处(与建议提案处合署)机构编制的批复》(穗编字〔2013〕44号)有关精神，市府办公厅综合督查处更名为广州市人民政府督查室。根据工作需要，现定于2013年11月1日起启用“广州市人民政府督查室”印章和信笺，原“广州市人民政府办公厅综合督查处”印章同时作废。 为便于工作，“广州市人民政府督查室”对外简称“市政府督查室”；有关文件办理工作中原使用的“穗府办督字”发文字号相应更改为“穗府督字”。 附件：新旧印章印模 广州市人民政府办公厅2013年10月28日 附件
