穗府办函〔2014〕70号广州市人民政府办公厅关于成立广州市海上搜救中心的通知 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各有关部门、有关直属机构： 为加强对全市海上搜救工作的统一领导和组织协调，经市人民政府同意，成立广州市海上搜救中心。该中心的主要职责为贯彻执行国家、省有关海上安全工作的法律、法规和政策；根据广州市实际情况，拟定有关工作预案；负责组织、协调、指挥搜救责任区的船舶和设施防热带气旋、防止船舶污染海域和海上人命搜寻救助工作；负责与境内外有关业务联系和合作，协调有关力量进入本市水域的搜救行动。该中心组成人员如下： 主 任：陈如桂 常务副市长 常务副主任：龚海杰 市政府副秘书长 庄则平 广州海事局局长 副 主 任：邓庆彪 市应急办主任 谢文洪 广州警备区副参谋长 黄木檀 广州海事局副局长 成 员：王其民 市科技和信息化局巡视员 李卫平 市公安局副局长 许永明 市民政局副巡视员 颜 强 市财政局副局长 李 辛 市交委副主任 李亚蒂 市农业局渔政支队长 刘忠奇 市卫生局党委副书记 朱小燚 市外办副主任 罗传亮 市安全监管局副局长 邓 樑 市公安消防局副局长 刘东云 市应急办副主任 徐红雨 广州港务局副局长 胡斯团 市气象局副局长 李 文 南海救助局广州基地主任 吴建成 广州打捞局副局长 搜救中心办公室设在广州海事局，承担搜救中心日常工作。办公室主任由黄木檀同志兼任。广州市人民政府办公厅2014年5月22日
