穗府〔2014〕27号 广州市人民政府关于向各区(县级市)下放一批市级管理权限的决定 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 为推动我市经济、社会的发展，切实扩大各区(县级市)政府经济社会管理权限，实现管理重心下移，经研究论证，市政府决定再向各区(县级市)下放25项事权。请各区(县级市)结合本地实际，认真做好事权承接工作，切实履行责任，防止管理脱节。对完全下放各区(县级市)实施的事权，市政府相关职能部门不再实施，也不得自行收回，确需调整的，须按程序报市编办审核后，上报市政府批准。 附件：广州市人民政府决定下放的市级管理权限事项目录 广州市人民政府2014年9月2日 附件1 广州市人民政府决定下放的市级管理权限事项目录 广州市人民政府办公厅秘书处 2014年9月5日印发
