穗府〔2014〕18号 广州市人民政府关于公布广州市第一批地下文物埋藏区的通知 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 为进一步加强我市地下文物的保护工作，防止各类建设性破坏文物事件的发生，市政府依法划定广州市第一批地下文物埋藏区，现予公布。 各区、县级市政府和各有关部门要严格遵照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》、《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国文物保护法〉办法》、《广州市文物保护规定》等法律、法规的要求，认真做好地下文物埋藏区文物保护、土地开发、工程建设、考古发掘等相关工作，确保地下文物的安全。 附件：广州市第一批地下文物埋藏区名单 广州市人民政府2014年5月5日 广州市人民政府办公厅秘书处 2014年5月9日印发
