穗府〔2013〕12号 广州市人民政府关于公布广州市第四批市级非物质文化遗产名录的通知 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》，经专家评审和市非物质文化遗产保护工作联席会议评定并向社会公示，市人民政府批准第四批市级非物质文化遗产名录(共计7项)和市级非物质文化遗产扩展项目名录(共计12项)，现予公布。 保护和利用好非物质文化遗产，对于弘扬民族精神和广州建设世界文化名城具有重要意义。各区、县级市政府和各有关部门要进一步提高认识，认真贯彻“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展”的工作指导方针，坚持科学的保护理念，切实做好非物质文化遗产的保护、传承和管理工作。 广州市人民政府2013年5月16日 广州市人民政府办公厅秘书处 2013年5月21日印发
