昨日，全市公安机关综合体能暨手枪技能大比武活动举行。副市长、市公安局党委书记陈海波参加开幕式并宣布活动启动。 陈海波在致辞中提出，全市公安机关要以考促练、以练促战，不断提升队伍整体战斗能力、工作能力、单兵作战能力，为公安队伍建设提供强有力的素质保障和人才支撑；要发现问题、补齐短板，综合抓整改、抓规范、抓提升，进一步破解难题、补齐短板、夯实基础、服务发展；要转化成果、推动工作，把比武成果转化为公安队伍战斗力和实际工作能力；要保障安全、营造氛围，始终把安全意识贯穿于比武的全过程，立体化、多维度营造浓厚的比武氛围。 （记者付巨晗 通讯员袁隽豪 侯慧妮）
