为落实工业和信息化部等16部委《关于利用综合标准依法依规推动落后产能退出的指导意见》和广东省淘汰落后产能工作协调小组《关于印发广东省2021年推动落后产能退出工作方案的通知》要求，近日，我市印发了《河源市2021年推动落后产能退出工作方案》（下称《工作方案》），推动我市落后产能依法依规关停退出。《工作方案》结合我市实际情况，以钢铁、水泥、平板玻璃等行业为重点，通过完善综合标准体系和强制性标准实施，从环保、能耗、质量、技术、安全等5个方面明确了主要任务和责任分工，要求相关单位加强统筹协调和对接，根据职能分工，把握各项任务的时间节点，有序推进各项工作，形成工作合力，落实目标任务，引导并指导企业淘汰落后产能，实现产业转型升级。
