11月1日上午，全省冬春农田水利建设暨秋冬“三农”重点工作电视电话会议后，我市随即召开贯彻落实会议。副市长黎炳盛在惠州会场参加会议。 我市贯彻落实会议强调，要大力推进高标准农田建设，加快完成2021年度项目验收，推进2022年度项目施工及2023年度项目前期工作，扎实开展第三次全国土壤普查工作等。要加快实施大中型灌区续建配套与节水改造、小型农田水利项目等，开展农田水利灌溉设施短板情况摸排及大中小水库的总库容情况调研，补齐农田水利建设短板，为粮食生产提供有力保障。 会议指出，目前，我市进入秋收冬种大忙时期，要抓好晚稻收获归仓，大力发展冬种生产，做好冬季农业抗旱防冻措施落实。同时，切实抓好“菜篮子”产品稳产保供，让“保供”成为“稳产”的动力源、“稳产”成为“保供”的压舱石。 （记者刘建威 通讯员周永剑）
