2月27日上午，惠州市城乡管理和综合执法“三项整治行动”工作推进会召开。副市长段致辉参加会议。 会议强调，开展侵占公共空间乱停车、规范流动摊贩管理、治理建筑垃圾消纳场和非法运输建筑垃圾等“三项整治行动”，是解决群众“急难愁盼”问题、全面提升城市环境品质的重要举措，是优化营商环境、服务经济社会高质量发展的具体举措。各级各部门要牢固树立“一盘棋”思想，严格按照整治方案部署要求，坚持问题导向，对照目标任务和事项清单，创新拓展工作思路，明晰细化职责分工，加强协调联动，依法查处乱停车、市容环境“六乱一跨”和非法设置建筑渣土消纳场、运输建筑垃圾等违法行为；要加强普法宣传和服务引导工作，开展文明行为习惯养成教育，动员组织群众参与和支持整治行动，绘就文明创建最大“同心圆”。 （记者谭琳）
