尊敬的罗洲平代表： 您提出的《关于纯电动出租车电费优惠的建议》收悉。经研究，现将办理情况答复如下： 我区于3月26日正式启动《罗湖区2018年新能源汽车充电设施建设工作方案》编制工作，3月30日和5月11日先后两次召开罗湖区充电设施建设工作推进会，现场调研建设用地20余次，在此基础上集中撰稿，反复修改完善，形成送审稿。5月14日向区领导做专题汇报后按程序提请审定印发，同时我区组织辖区内17家充电设施运营企业召开罗湖区新能源汽车充电设施安全与建设工作会议，部署我区充电设施建设任务。5月22日正式印发《罗湖区2018年新能源汽车充电设施建设工作方案》，成立罗湖区新能源汽车充电设施建设工作领导小组，由常务副区长任组长，两位分管区领导任副组长。《工作方案》分为基础现状、原则和目标、重点任务、充电设施建设步骤和保障措施5部分20项，重点从建设用地选址、现有停车场配建和新建停车场配建进行着力，确保我区充电总体服务能力满足到2018年底全市出租车纯电动化的需求。 衷心感谢您对我们工作的理解、关注和支持！ 此函。 深圳市罗湖区人民政府 2018年6月5日 （联系人：刘晓妹，联系电话：25666149）
