关于“三公经费”支出决算比预算减少的原因 1、公务用车购置及运行维护费决算支出8.39万元，比预算支出减少3.61万元。减少的原因为我单位年初共有2辆公务车，7月上缴财政1辆，年末公务车保有量变为1辆，因此全年运行维护费较年初预算减少3.61万元。 2、公务接待费决算支出1.48万元，比预算支出减少8.52万元。减少的原因为接待来深考察文化产业项目专家的机票、住宿、餐费明显减少，且接待费标准下降，文博会期间外地考察专家的接待工作基本由区政府统一安排，因此接待费比预算支出大幅减少。 二○一五年十一月二十四日
