2月1日上午，市政协召开六届二十三次常委会议。会议由市政协主席陈澄民主持。 会议听取各组召集人汇报讨论政协常委会工作报告、提案工作报告和政府工作报告等情况，审议通过市政协六届五次会议选举办法和选举大会总监票员、监票员建议名单，通过六届市政协常委会部分组成人员候选人名单，审议通过市政协六届五次会议决议（草案）。 市政协副主席李健、陈奇春、黄伟忠、吴少珍、袁文键和秘书长林素钦等出席会议。
