各街道办事处，区政府直属各单位： 为进一步规范政府行为，促进依法行政，区政府近期对以区政府(或区政府办公室)名义印发的规范性文件进行了清理。经研究，区政府决定对制定依据已被废止或者主要内容不符合上位法有关规定的下列规范性文件予以废止： 一、《关于印发南山区政府投资项目审计监督实施细则的通知》（深南府办〔2007〕82号） 二、《南山区人民政府办公室关于印发南山区政府投资项目全过程管理办法的通知》（深南府办〔2013〕16号） 本通知自发布之日起施行。 深圳市南山区人民政府 2018年11月30日
