经查，深圳市爱佑未来慈善基金会(统一代码：53440300MJL16079XP)在开展网络募捐活动时存在以下问题：1、未在民政部指定的互联网募捐信息平台发布募捐信息。2、没有对发布的募捐信息进行审核，发布的信息不准确不完整。违反了《中华人民共和国慈善法》第二十三条第三款和第七十一条的规定。依据《中华人民共和国慈善法》第九十九条第一款第五项的规定，2018年6月15日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2018〕第029号），对深圳市爱佑未来慈善基金会予以警告，并责令限期改正。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2018年6月15日
