经查，深圳市众志古村保护与发展基金会(统一代码：53440300MJL174657E)存在以下问题：1、未依照章程开展活动;2、未有与其开展活动相适应的专职工作人员;3、理事会未依法行使章程规定的职权;4、未按照民政部《基金会信息公布办法》和《关于规范基金会行为的若干规定（试行）》（民发[2012]124号）的要求履行信息公布义务。违反了《基金会管理条例》第四条、第五条、第八条第一款第（三）项、第二十一条第一款和第三十条的规定。依据《基金会管理条例》第四十二条第一款第（一）、（六）项的规定，2018年4月3日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2018〕第006号），给予深圳市众志古村保护与发展基金会警告的行政处罚。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2018年4月3日
