经查，深圳市吉他协会(统一代码:5144030030590457X5)存在累计2年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十八条第一款的规定。依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十条第一款第（三）项的规定，2017年12月28日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2017〕第028号），给予深圳市吉他协会警告行政处罚，并责令改正相关违法违规行为。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2017年12月28日
