经查，深圳市博商高尔夫球俱乐部（统一社会信用代码：524403005800812486）存在连续2年以上未参加民办非企业单位年度检查的行为。违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条第一款的规定。依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第（三）项的规定，2017年10月31日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2017〕第027号），给予深圳市博商高尔夫球俱乐部撤销登记行政处罚。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2017年10月31日
