经查，深圳市劳动模范协会(登记号:00214) 存在累计3年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理暂行条例》第二十八条第一款的规定。依据《社团登记管理暂行条例》第三十条条第一款第(三)项的规定， 2017年7月31日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2017〕第031号），给予深圳市劳动模范协会警告行政处罚，并责令改正相关违法违规行为,要求于2017年8月31日前整改完毕。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2017年7月31日
