经调查，深圳市私营企业协会存在以下问题：深圳市个体（私营）劳动者协会将代收代缴的社保款转给深圳市私营企业协会，并委托银行购买短期理财产品。违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第三十九条的规定，依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十八条第一款第（二）项的规定，现深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2017〕第005号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2017年6月23日前整改完毕。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2017年5月23日
