经调查，深圳市加工贸易企业协会存在以下问题：未按照章程第十七条、第二十七条规定在2015年理事会届满年度进行换届选举。违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第三条第一款的规定，依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十六条第一款第（五）项的规定，按照我局社会组织管理局执法监察处2016年11月21日处务会研究决定，现发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第158号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2017年3月12日前整改完毕。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2016年12月26日
