经调查，深圳市领养它爱护动物志愿者协会存在以下问题：1、未设置专职工作人员；2、未严格执行国家有关非营利组织会计制度，财务建账不健全，财务管理不规范，财务凭证未按要求编制会计报表。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第十条第一款第（四）项、第二十七条第一款的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十条第一款第（二）项的规定，现深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第156号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2017年1月15日前整改完毕。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2016年12月7日
