经调查，深圳市环境保护产业协会存在以下问题：未严格执行国家有关非营利组织会计制度，财务建账不健全，财务收支不规范的行为。违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第三十九条的规定，依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十八条第一款第（二）项的规定，现深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第154号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2016年12月15日前整改完毕。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2016年11月23日
