Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau orders a local fintech nonprofit organization to rectify violations of registration management regulations, including failure to submit required materials and improper governance, by October 15, 2016.

经调查，深圳市劲风金融科技应用推广中心存在以下问题：1、在规定的时间内无法向我局提交要求被检查的规章制度、内部治理、理事会召开情况及会议纪要、财务原始凭证、开展活动等材料；2、理事会、理事长、法定代表人未按照《深圳市劲风金融科技应用推广中心章程》的规定履行正常职责。违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第四条、第十九条第一款第（三）项的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第（二）项、第（三）项的规定，现深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第153号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2016年10月15日前整改完毕。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2016年9月2日
