经调查，深圳市绿色农业发展促进会存在以下问题： 1、在规定的时间内无法向我局提交要求被检查的规章制度、内部治理、理事会召开情况及会议纪要、财务原始凭证、开展活动等材料；2、理事会、会长、秘书长、法定代表人未按照《深圳市绿色农业发展促进会章程》第十七条、第二十七条、第二十八条和第二十九条的规定履行正常职责。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二条第一款、第二十四条第一款第（三）项的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十条第一款第（二）项、第（三）项的规定，现深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第151号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2016年9月30日前整改完毕。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2016年8月31日
