经调查，深圳市砥砺社会工作服务中心存在以下问题：1、未按照章程要求召开理事会并形成会议纪要；2、未严格执行国家规定的会计制度，财务制度不健全，财务管理不规范。违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十二条第一款及章程规定。现深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第148号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2016年8月8日前整改完毕。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2016年7月8日
