经调查，深圳市现代服务外包产业促进会存在以下问题：1、未按照章程开展活动；2、财务制度不健全，财务混乱，财务报销审批和支出不规范。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二条第一款、《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十七条第一款的规定。现依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十条第一款第二项的规定，深圳市民政局发出责令改正通知书（深民责改字〔2016〕第147号），责令该单位限期改正，要求2016年8月8日前整改完毕。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2016年7月6日
