经抽查，深圳市花样盛年慈善基金会存在以下问题：无专职工作人员;未按要求召开理事会;未严格执行国家统一的会计制度，未建立健全内部管理制度和监督制度，财务管理不规范;不按照规定办理地址变更登记;未按照章程规定的业务范围开展公益活动。违反了《基金会管理条例》第八条第（三）项、第二十一条、第三十二条、第十五条第一款、第二十七条第二款的规定，现依据《基金会管理条例》第四十二条第一款第一项和第三项的规定，深圳市民政局责令该单位限期改正，要求2016年8月6日前整改完毕。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2016年6月6日
