2015年10月29日，深圳市民政局对深圳市宁德商会（登记号：00798）作出限期停止活动三个月的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第038号）。 经查，深圳市宁德商会存在以下问题：1、注册地址未进行变更（注册地址无法找到该商会），所有联系方式无法进行联系；2、未按照规定参加年度检查。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十条第一款、第三十一条第一款的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第（三）、（四）项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市宁德商会限期停止活动三个月的行政处罚，并责令改正违法违规行为。
