2015年10月28日，深圳市民政局对深圳市三明商会（登记号：00831）作出警告的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第035号）。 经查，深圳市三明商会存在以下问题：1、未按照章程进行换届选举；2、无专职工作人员；3、注册地址未履行变更手续；4、财务制度和建账不规范，未提供财务凭证；5、未建立和严格执行信息公开制度。违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六条、第十一条第一款第五项、第二十二条、第三十九条、第四十条的规定，依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十六条第一款第二项、第六十八条第一款第一项和第三项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市三明商会警告的行政处罚，并责令改正违法违规行为。
