2015年10月28日，深圳市民政局对深圳市绿色食品发展促进会（登记号：01055）作出警告的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第036号）。经查，深圳市绿色食品发展促进会存在以下问题：1、协会无专职工作人员；2、登记注册地址未履行变更手续；3、理事兼任监事。违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第十一条第一款第五项、第二十二条、第三十一条第三款的规定，依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十六条第一款第二项、第六十八第一款第一项、第三项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市绿色食品发展促进会警告的行政处罚，并责令改正违法违规行为。
