2015年8月31日，深圳市民政局对深圳市棋类协会（登记号：00223）作出警告的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第030号）。 经查，深圳市棋类协会存在以下问题：1、注册地址未进行变更；2、办理等级资格证书收费采用收据，未见正规发票。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十条、第三十条的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第四项、第八项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市棋类协会警告的行政处罚，并责令改正违法违规行为。
