The Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau imposed a warning penalty on the Shenzhen Enterprise Investors Association for failing to update its registered address and for not reporting changes to its board members and charter before and after the election, in violation of the Regulations on the Registration and Management of Social Organizations.

2015年8月31日，深圳市民政局对深圳市企业投资者联合会（登记号：00585）作出警告的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第029号）。 经查，深圳市企业投资者联合会存在以下问题：1、注册地址与活动地址不一致，未履行变更手续；2、换届前未报资料审核，换届后未报备理事会成员变动情况和章程变动情况。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十条的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第三项、第四项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市企业投资者联合会警告的行政处罚，并责令改正违法违规行为。
