2015年8月31日，深圳市民政局对深圳市企业投资者联合会（登记号：00585）作出警告的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第029号）。经查，深圳市企业投资者联合会存在以下问题：1、注册地址与活动地址不一致，未履行变更手续；2、换届前未报资料审核，换届后未报备理事会成员变动情况和章程变动情况。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十条的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第三项、第四项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市企业投资者联合会警告的行政处罚，并责令改正违法违规行为。
