2015年8月20日，深圳市民政局对深圳市中美企业家交流协会（登记号：00044）作出撤销登记的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第008号）。经查，深圳市中美企业家交流协会存在连续3年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十一条、《广东省民间组织年检暂行办法》第二条的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第三项、《广东省民间组织年检暂行办法》第十二条第一款第四项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市中美企业家交流协会撤销登记的行政处罚。
