2015年8月20日，深圳市民政局对深圳市吴巍马王堆书法艺术研究院（登记号：030009）作出撤销登记的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第014号）。经查，深圳市吴巍马王堆书法艺术研究院存在连续两年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第三项、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第十条规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市吴巍马王堆书法艺术研究院撤销登记的行政处罚。
