2015年8月20日，深圳市民政局对深圳华南智能卡工程技术研发中心（登记号：040036）作出撤销登记的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第015号）。经查，深圳华南智能卡工程技术研发中心存在连续两年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第三项、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第十条规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳华南智能卡工程技术研发中心撤销登记的行政处罚。
