2015年8月20日，深圳市民政局对深圳市中日经济文化交流促进会（登记号：00195）作出撤销登记的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第013号）。经查，深圳市中日经济文化交流促进会存在连续3年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十一条、《广东省民间组织年检暂行办法》第二条的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第三项、《广东省民间组织年检暂行办法》第十二条第一款第四项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市中日经济文化交流促进会撤销登记的行政处罚。
