2015年8月20日，深圳市民政局对深圳市福民居家养老服务社（登记号：070036）作出撤销登记的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第018号）。经查，深圳市福民居家养老服务社存在连续两年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第三项、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第十条规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市福民居家养老服务社撤销登记的行政处罚。
