经查，深圳市欧恩光电技术研究所存在连续两年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第三项、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第十条的规定，本机关对深圳市欧恩光电技术研究所作出撤销登记的行政处罚。 深圳市民政局 2015年8月18日
