经查，深圳市影视制作协会存在未变更注册地址、未提供完整财务资料接受检查等违法行为，违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第二十二条、第三十九条的规定，现依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十八条第一款第一项、第三项的规定，市民政局对该协会作出警告的行政处罚。 二○一五年六月九日
